Venue for a Simple I Do

$600 for up to three hours. Seating for up to 20 plus of your friends and family. Set up and tear down provided and everything else you need so you don't have to rent anything.

Marrying Pastor available or you can bring your own officiant. Full use of the house and Bridal suite.

The Whole Enchilada

$1,200 for all day, full campus availability. Including a newly constructed 12' by 30' covered pergola with cafe lights.

Have your reception party here after your ceremony, we have everything you need!

Three Cottages: House, full kitchen, grooms room, 2 bathrooms, Bridal Suite and Bar.

Marrying Pastor is included plus a rehearsal run through the day before along with venue availability for an hour of DIY decorating.

Full service set up and clean up by our team. Party must end by 10:00 pm.
