Keepsake Wedding

$800 for two hours of venue use, seating for up to 20 of your friends and family during the ceremony. Includes multiple comfortable vignettes throughout the property. Set up and tear down is provided and everything else a beautiful venue needs so you don't have to rent anything! Our officiating Pastor is available or you can bring your own officiant. You get use of the house, which includes a bathroom and a groom's room. And out on the property is a fairytale bridal suite; the beginning place for your walk down the isle to the ceremony decks.

Celebrate after your wedding with your cake, a toast for the couple and take beautiful photos while enjoying your first dance.

Backyard Fairytale Wedding

$1,600 includes everything in the Keepsake package above plus a beautifully decorated reception space with twinkle lights all around the property that accommodates up to 45 guests. No need to rent anything, we have what you need including set up of our venue and clean up by our team!

Have your reception party here using our buffet tables, china place settings and charming umbrellas that provide cover from sun or rain. You will also enjoy the use of our fully outfitted bar trailer. The best part of this package is enjoying the venue and the three cottages for the whole day! Our newly constructed 12' by 30' wood beam pergola also provides weather cover for a wedding year round.

You have all day use of our Three Cottages: House, (with full kitchen and some catering equipment), groom's room, 2 bathrooms, Bridal Suite and Bar trailer. Our officiating Pastor will also emcee and direct your event.
